Bemrose Booth implements an online staff travel service from Love2travel.

Bemrose Booth, a leading provider of specialist and secure print services, has implemented an online Staff Travel Service from Park Travel, the sister company of Love2reward to provide an extra benefit for all employees.

Bemrose Booth has always valued reward and recognition for its staff and as part of its recent employee benefits review looked to implement a new package that would appeal to the entire workforce, with no exclusions. BemroseBooth turned to the services of Park Travel, an independent, full service travel agency that can source the best deals for customers, through 30 licensed tour operators and airlines to help drive motivation levels and ensure staff continued to feel valued.

The travel service from Park Travel has been introduced as an employee benefit for all 750 members of staff, from factory workers through to management roles and across the three sites in Derby, Hull and Thornby. Due to the diversity of employees and varied locations, BemroseBooth required Park Travel to deliver a flexible, online service so that all employees could access the benefit equally and easily.

Bemrose Booth worked closely with Park Travel to incorporate the travel service into its own corporate website. The branded site opens as soon as staff log onto the internet, ensuring it is immediately recognised as an employee benefit, available exclusively from Bemrose Booth as an employer and solely for Bemrose Booth staff. The new facility can save staff valuable time because they don't need to shop around or search numerous websites. The system searches all major tour operators to find the best deal, avoiding a lengthy trip to the travel agent, which can be a time consuming and complex process.

It was a major priority for Bemrose Booth to ensure the service was accessible to all members of staff and not just limited to sales or office staff. Therefore, a computer with internet access has been set up in the canteen so that the service can be accessed by all employees.

Craig Padley, Sales Manager for Bemrose Booth explains:"We wanted to introduce a staff benefit, which could be accessed by the entire workforce, with no limitations, so we undertook steps to find a system which would ensure all our employees feel valued."

"The implementation of the staff travel service was part of this plan, in addition to offering regular IT training for all factory workers. We've found that since introducing the travel service, the perception of the management team has changed. Staff now believe they are all important, regardless of job role, which has had a positive affect and boosted morale without a doubt."
