Farmfrite's Points scheme benefits from Love2reward's personal touch

Farmfrites is a major food manufacturer that wanted to raise awareness of it's products and therefore increase business penetration within one of it's third party distributors. After trying various initiatives to increase the awareness of the telesales staff to their product range with limited success, such as promotional gifts for everybody and ipods for the top earners, they decided they needed an incentive scheme that would engage all.

This is when Love2reward came into the equation.

Firstly, it was decided the reward system and awards themselves needed to engage everyone. A points system was put in place that rewarded every bag of goods sold. The points were collated each month which then equated to Love2shop gift vouchers. The Love2reward team fulfilled the requirements into envelopes which were then sent to the head office for the different area managers to hand out. This personal touch was seen as the best way to provide the rewards.

The success of the incentive scheme has resulted in the manufacturer extending the reward scheme to all of its third party distributors with Love2shop proving to be a motivational and engaging reward for all participants.
