Friends Provident, a leading provider of financial products and services, recently reached Five Star Status within the Financial Services Industry. Seen as a major achievement for the company, Friends Provident wanted to recognise the role that its employees had played in achieving the excellent accolade and looked to reward its entire workforce. They decided to reward their 5,000 staff by issuing £40 worth of Love2shop vouchers because of the number of redemption partners they could offer.
The company required an employee reward solution for nearly 5,000 staff throughout the UK and Isle of Man and therefore needed a product with widespread appeal. In addition, the company was looking for a reward that could be delivered direct to its employees to help reduce the administration time and costs involved for its Human Resources department.
The decision to issue £40 of Love2shop gift vouchers from Love2reward, to every member of staff, was in part because it could offer over 75 redemption partners, ensuring its appeal across the
workforce. Another deciding factor was the high level of service that Love2reward could offer, by organising the vouchers to be dispatched by registered post to all staff.
