Helphire plc was founded in 1992 to help motorists involved in accidents that were not their fault. Their team of area managers visit Car repair Centres up and down the country promoting the services that they offer. In order to increase 3rd party sales and customer loyalty, Helphire use a sales incentive scheme rewarding individuals for their business.

If a Car Repair Centre introduces a client to Helphires Services then a commission is paid by providing gift vouchers. Helphire send Love2reward a spreadsheet once a month with the details of what commission payments are required. The Love2reward fulfilment team fulfil the vouchers into individually addressed envelopes with statements enclosed and allocate these to the 17 regional managers from Helphire. In order to help maintain the client relationship on a more personal level, regional managers deliver these awards in person.
