Q: Why did you decide to use Love2reward in particular, as your reward supplier? (E.g. competitiveness, reputation, service levels.)

(Love2reward was chosen because of the range of vouchers and the extensive amount of places to redeem them. They have proven to be the most popular voucher within our scheme.)

Q: How did you decide to communicate the launch and how are you proposing to maintain ongoing interest? (E.g. e-shots, printed literature, intranet, use of L2R imagery.)

(The original launch was through the traditional method of brochures being mailshot which we continue to do. This is now backed up with )

Q: How do you measure the success of the scheme? (E.g. Staff feedback, sales results, exit interviews.)

(The scheme is measured on customer redemptions.)

Q: Have you any advice for other companies who are considering introducing a similar scheme? (E.g. Any potential pitfalls, shortcuts or best practise.)

(Keep it simple and communicate as much as possible with the recipients of the scheme whether they are customers or staff. Use all methods of communication available ? post, email and internet. Continue to drive the message that you have a loyalty scheme. Our research has shown that our customers place a very high value on it, in particular at Christmas.)
