KP Nuts celebrates its 50th anniversary with Love2shop vouchers.

To mark its 50th Anniversary, KP Nuts, based in Rotherham was looking for a way to recognise its staff's achievements and employee loyalty, which would appeal to all 320 staffs, who have an average of 16 years length of service.
Love2shop gift vouchers, combined with other forms of recognition, were chosen to reward the workforce for their continuing contribution and commitment to the business.

The gift and reward package, awarded to every permanent member of staff, looked to provide a wide variety of prizes to ensure its appeal across the workforce and included, £20 Love2shop gift vouchers, a T-Shirt and a staff meal, served by the management team.

The site management team made the decision to use incentive vouchers after a staff survey, in which employees were given a choice of gift, revealed that the vast majority of people favoured vouchers instead of any other reward. Following the staff survey, Jayne Parkin, Senior Human Resources Advisor looked into a wide variety of vouchers, including local retailers but decided that single redemption was too limited. In contrast, the multi-redemption benefits of Love2shop gift vouchers offered huge appeal.
