PizzaExpress implement quarterly challenges and run mystery shopper reports across its restaurant portfolio, to regularly assess thecustomer service skills of its staff. Employees, including chefs,waiters and management, who achieve 100% are all rewarded with anincentive package.

Such a large-scale national project required a reward that could appeal to a wide variety of users, as well as not being geographically restricted, resulting in Love2shop gift vouchers being chosen for their employee reward and recognition scheme.
