Love2shop voucher helps National Car Rental increase quality of leads.

National Car Rental were looking to increase the quantity and quality of leads passed to their Internal Sales (Corporate Account management)team by internal department administrators. Such leads are key inhelping to further develop corporate business opportunities andultimately increase revenue from these accounts.

Having developed an easy to use and effective web based portal for employeesto pass on details and monitor the success of each lead, an effectivestaff incentive was required to encourage the input of thisinformation. It was decided that using the aforementioned web based CRM system new sales could be monitored on a monthly basis. Individual administrators that had input leads would be rewarded £20 of Love2shop gift vouchers for each lead that generated revenue.

By offering the Love2shop gift voucher, National Car Rental realised that they would be providing a motivational reward that would engage a wide variety of people giving an award that people would want to work towards receiving.

As Lee Orchison, Internal Sales Manager explains:"Since starting this incentive the quantity and quality of all leads passed to us has significantly increased and have helped us with very significant
year on year revenue gains and further opportunities. Our conversion rate has increased 10% year on year from lead to account.

Based on this success, we also use the Love2shop gift vouchers as sales incentive schemes for our Account Management team, running various challenges with an opportunity to win between £20 and £50 of vouchers. These come in various guises from KPI based to just for fun and are a great way of giving people that extra motivation."
