AYMTM has launched a summer boot camp in an effort to boost

employee motivation among workers.
As well as this, the group has reintroduced its bikes-for-work scheme, giving staff the opportunity to take part in a London to Brighton bike ride in September, reports EmployeeBenefits.co.uk
Speaking to the news provider, Natalie Gunson, managing director of AYMTM, said: "It is not only a health and fitness initiative, it is also motivational. We are practising what we preach. It is helping with team spirit while raising money for the British Heart Foundation."
The company has also launched a weekly boot camp entitled Fit for Summer, providing workers with the option to take part in a fitness session every Wednesday.
Elsewhere, Barclays Corporate and Employer Solutions has introduced a specialist team to its employee benefits unit.
The Corporate Wealth Advisory team will work to target small to medium-sized enterprises in a bid to manage the risks related to their top staff, while helping to keep hold of them.
