The perks are funded by the company's national insurance savings, which are picked up from its pensions salary sacrifice arrangement, reports EmployeeBenefits.
Among the benefits are financial education workshops, an employee discount scheme and health screening for families.
Speaking to the news provider, Jennifer Mead, HR manager at D Young and Co, said: "The portal includes a pension modelling tool to chose investment funds. We have a default fund and we have a meeting each year to review that."
The company has also boosted its maternity benefits, with workers now being given two weeks of full pay, followed by 90 per cent of pay for four weeks, before receiving 50 per cent of pay for the remaining ten.
Such perks could prove to be highly advantageous in the long run, as they enable staff to feel valued, which could lead them to be more loyal to a business.
