A number of people have remained in a job with a company on a downward spiral as a result of loyalty to the personnel who they work with, such as their colleagues or boss, a specialist from Bluepeapod.com has argued.

Ms Sanderson continued by saying that company vision statements that no one believes in can be destructive.

Her comments follow a statement by Total Conflict Management's David Liddle, who claimed that there should always be a level of trust between management and workers.
