Costs

Salary Exchange - In return for a small annual per-employee subscription fee, each of your employees receive an ongoing 7% discount on the amount they pay into the scheme from their net salary.

Voluntary Benefits - Similar subscription fees and discount levels apply as the salary exchange option. However, the onus is on the employee to make regular payments online via their debit or credit card.

For both schemes, there are no load fees for the cards and no postage fees.

Your Scheme

In the future, your Flexebens scheme will incorporate full reporting facilities. In addition, your Flexebens cards can be fully personalised with your company branding adding extra value to the scheme*.

Security

For full peace of mind for you and your employees, all monies are held in trust, and the card issuer is Authorised and Regulated by the FSA**. Additionally, lost or stolen cards are easily blocked and replaced.*
