The Flexepak site is located just half a mile from the M53 and 15 minutes' drive from the Port of Liverpool container base. An ideal strategic location for manufacturers, exporters and importers, whatever your needs:
- Warehousing - seven modern units comprising over 150,000 square foot of clean warehouse space, all monitored by 24 hour-on site security and a newly commissioned CCTV system. Our strong relationship with regional carriers also enables us to offer a competitive distribution package
- Cold storage - our temperature controlled cold store can accommodate up to 6,000 pallets from ambient to minus 26, with mobile racking, an integrated location system and real time reporting.
- Contract packing - 36,750 square foot of production space and access to a flexible workforce of up to 500 people allow us to pack and repack huge volumes of stock with incredible efficiency.
- Fulfilment - our 60 seat fulfilment department will handle even the most complicated mail campaigns and an in-house print room service is able to produce print in most formats.
Quality is our top priority. We adhere to strict quality control guidelines, we undergo regular risk assessments from an on-site health and safety officer and our waste management system enables us to recycle 95% of waste.
