Part of the National Health Service, the PPA is a precription processing organisation with thirteen sites and responsible for over 3,000 employees nationwide.
Their Requirements
Members of the PPA team were tasked with looking at long service awards as a way to maintain staff retention within their many sites across the UK. The reward mechanic must reach out to a broad audience for employees from Newcastle and Durham to Sheffield, Preston and Manchester and not limit them geographically.
Our Solution
