Their Requirements

Virgin Holidays required a reward and incentive scheme that recognised outstanding customer service and those who go 'above and beyond' expectation.

During the volcanic ash cloud in 2010, many people experienced long delays on their flights caused mass disruption in UK travel. They required a reward mechanic which showed the ultimate appreciate for those staff who went beyond expectation by working weekends and long hours during the ash cloud period.

Our Solution

For this one-off reward, Virgin Holidays chose to award their staff with Love2shop gift vouchers. As an ad-hoc reward, there's nothing better than Love2shop due to it's broad appeal.

The voucher can be spent at over 85 retailers and around 20,000 stores in the UK. It's flexibility makes it one of the most popular multi-store gift vouchers in the country.
