Pizza Express are one of the largest pizza chains in the UK with over 380 restaurants.

Their Requirements

Pizza Express required a reward that would incentivise and motivate their 9,000 plus team members across the UK. The awards are to be distributed at an annual awards ceremony which recognises outstanding effort and achievement. There are a number of awards which include our key priorities such as, 'Passion for Food and Life', 'Engaging the Customer', 'Showing a Generous Spirit', 'Caring about People' and 'Implementing Brilliance'.
